I'm trying to complete the fasfa form on-line. On the home page, it instructs you to click on the 'start here' button in the middle of the page. When I do, it takes me to another page and the header is 'an incompatible browser has been detected' and then provides information to upgrade your browser. I've already downloaded the latest firefox version when i was prompted to do so a couple of days ago. So I don't understand why I'm getting the error that my browser is incompatible.
