After the 5.0 upgrade, why is it every time I start Firefox I get the welcome to 5.0 web page? Plus My home page opens. Its annoying.

After the 5.0 upgrade I cannot get rid of the welcome to firefox 5.0 home page on the browser start up. It has happened in the past with other upgrades but goes away after the first initial run. Any help on this?
