I lost my menu bar- how do I get it back?

I clicked on something, I suppose!, and don't have a menu bar anymore.

Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.

Go to "View > Toolbars" and check-mark "Menu Bar" with a click if you want to make that permanent
