How can I get my Comcast.net toobar and my Yahoo tool bar back?

Installed Firefox4.o1 Immediately lost Yahoo tool bar, Comcast tool bar, and all my book marks. I reloaded firefox 4.01 again and then stopped the mozillal.exe file and got my book marks back but the comcast tool bar and yahoo tool bar are still gone tried ro get them off home pages bu will not install propoerly. HOW COME?? WHAT CAN I DO??
