Why are some of my PDF files using Adobe X Reader in Firefox 4 damaged?

I click on a PDF file to read and it comes up damaged and cannot be repaire. Yet, this same file can be read or view in Chrome and IE with no problems. Why? Other users I know have no problems if they're using Firefox 3.6. This is the link:

Keeps coming back saying a temp file is damage and cannot be repaired.
