I upgraded to Firefox 4. Tab Groups deleted half of my tabs. How can I restore them? Only half of them are listed in Recently Closed Tabs.

I upgraded to Firefox 4 for Windows, using Windows XP/SP3. All of my tabs were opened and fine. When I clicked on 'Tab Groups,' it deleted half of my tabs and wouldn't restore them. How can I restore them? Only half of them are now listed in 'Recently Closed Tabs.'
