Adobe flash plugin has crashed! I reload but it keeps happening and won't allow me to print on moshi monsters website. I have followed instructions but still happening? I have updated flash and updated firefox. How do I get help please?
When my son is on the Moshi Monsters website and he wants to print out a picture, it comes up with "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed. Send crash report". I click on this and then it says to reload page and try again. I have tried over and over again but it still comes up with this message. I have installed the up to date Firefox and the up to date Adobe Flash Player as per reading material suggests. I am not sure what to do next? Please help me. Thanks Lynda Harris
