Site will not load. Other computers in our office only needed to "re-certify" the site. But this one only gave an error message and no option for any certifications or updates....

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
- "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
- "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
I ended up figuring this out- BUT it did work. I cleared cache and cookies and restarted the browser. Thanks
