Running Firefox 3.6.11; installed Firefox Sync 1.5 add-on, but unable to complete set-up as no image, just blank box visible at the "Prove you are not a robot" step, no text to type in. Also running with No Script (set to accept Mozilla) and Request Policy add-on (also set to allow requests from Mozilla). My system currently running Ubuntu 10.10 on a 64 bit Intel i5 processor. Ubuntu is installed as an application under Windows 7 (using wubi), but seems to run independently in it's own virtual partition once Ubuntu is selected from the boot-up menu. My internet connection is AT&T/Yahoo DSL thru my land-line phone using an Ethernet interface to an SBC/2Wire modem, which shows three green LEDs indicating normal function. Strangely, the text image did show OK on the Firefox Support Post Question form. Why would the text image not show on Firefox Sync Set-Up step "Prove you are not a robot" ?

Do you see the three buttons below each other at the right side of the CAPTCHA area ?

The top button should reload a new CAPTCHA.

I see only a blank box. The only buttons are one on left below the box marked "Sync Options". (Which brings up a menu of check boxes for data types to sync. Closing with a "Done" button takes me back to "Prove You Are Not a Robot", but it still only shows me a blank box, not text image.)

The other button below the box on the right is "Next". Pushing that, without any text typed, gets me an "incorrect words" error message. Indeed it doesn't seem to let me type text in the large, blank box. There is no defined sub-area to type a response in, as well as no text image to copy.

I've updated to FF4 on my iMac running OSX 10.6. When I try to register for a sync account I get the same blank box as describeb by bobh1979.

After that I tried to get it setup on my other machine running Ubuntu 10.10 @ 64Bit.

FF4 works fine - I'm typing from it right now - but I still get this white box and can't get any input done.
