FireFox 3.68/3.69 not exiting when "Exit" or "Restart" is selected. Program still runs in the background and can only be closed via Task Mgr (End Process).

Op-System:Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Machine: Acer Aspire 5740 laptop/3GB ram/ Intel i3 2.1Ghz proc.

How can this problem be fixed?

Is there a specific Firefox 64 version? Other x86 apps not behaving in this manner.
