Firefox want sometimes load update version 3.6.4 even though version is already 3.6.4
Firefox want update version 3.6.4 even though version is already 3.6.4 and if let it update,it seek server but nothing take place.

Due to ongoing development efforts on Firefox 3.6.4, there have been multiple builds with the same version number (3.6.4) released as automatic updates to beta users such as yourself.
I can see that you are not using the latest build, which was done on 5/27 (you are running a 5/23 build).
I don't quite understand the problem you are having with software update (please elaborate), but try this:
After closing Firefox, Remove the files in the updates and updates\0 folder: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Mozilla Firefox\updates C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\updates\
Then try the update again.
If that fails, download the latest from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html and install it.
