Profile fuckup

I wanted to separate private and work, so I made a whole new account – and associated it with the old one. Then I found out I could just make an extra profile, which I did – and then I deleted the new account. But now I can't access or syncronize my primary profile, and I don't know how to separate the two – or preferably just make one single account again, and the do the new profile from scratch. When I try to log in to my original account with cyber@mikes.dk it says: Account already in use cyber@mikes.dk is already signed in to the “Cybermikes” profile You can only associate this account with one profile on this computer. Can you help?
