Hello,

I have a paid subscription to Mozilla's VPN service, but need to temporarily suspend/cancel the subscription. When I go into settings there is no subscription listed though my bank shows that I have been paying the monthly $4 charge for many months. How do I cancel the subscription?

Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support.
