How do I remove the AdsVista-Ultimate Media Buyin popup?
At start up I get an annoying pop up from AdsVista. I can't figure out how to locate it to delete it or otherwise how to block it from appearing.

Is the popup inside Firefox or outside Firefox? A screenshot would be helpful.
If outside Firefox: Is it similar to this? https://old.reddit.com/r/computerviruses/comments/1qdq40l/i_got_this_popup_on_my_computer_when_i_turned_it/ I would suggest you to follow the instructions of the pinned comment. Additionally, you may be able to find the application that is causing this issue in the Installed Apps list (Windows Settings -> Apps -> Installed Apps).
If inside Firefox: If it is a website that opens/redirects by itself: Open Firefox in troubleshooting mode. If the popup stops appearing, one of your extensions is likely causing the issue.
If it is a notification that Firefox reports: Go to Firefox settings -> seach for "Notifications" -> select "Block new requests asking to allow notifications"
