Getting Mozilla to approve update to an Add-on faster

There is an Add-on that I am using that have needed an update for some time now, and the creator has already finished with the update and sent it to Mozilla for approval, but they are not responding to the request. It has now been over a week, while Chrome approved it in a matter of hours. Is there any way to ask Mozilla to speed up the approval of updates for Add-ons?
