I am unable to connect to amazon. i keep getting message: Secure Connection Failed

Most of cases that would be your anti-virus or security solution poking its nose into the private connection, and mucking up the results — in a way it can't be trusted any longer. If you attach a screen shot with the exact error message and any "advanced" sections exapanded, it may explain more.
