whatever I do I cannot get on or stay on the internet
my computer tech keeps coming to my house to fix my computer after he leaves the internet is unaccessabile again

Thank you Denys. I appreciate that you replied to my concern. I pressed a lot of different buttons trying to connect and I must have accidentally pressed the right one along the way. The computer finally let me in. I don't like windows 11.

Is your issue Firefox-specific? I mean, can you access the internet with other browsers/apps?
