The company I am using for my database, etc is leaving at end of May. How can I become a member and what do you offer?
I have been using this system since 2008 through a company called Bluewave. They are shutting down at the end of May and I need full service for everything but main email. I need to talk (like on the phone) to someone who can help me in some way. I am not computer savvy so please have someone patient. I own AuPurr Cat care and don't want to lose our database, etc. info already on file. Am I contacting the right company for this help? My direct # is [edited phone# from community support forum]

That's one of the bad things for using non-free software. I assume you are using proprietary programs from Bluewave.
You can ask Bluewave about
1. It there a free (as in freedom) software alternative. https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html 2. If yes, you can come back with that information. 3. If no, it's going to be hard.
