All calls on Firefox "spin around" the stereo image.

Hi there. So as the title suggests, I have an odd issue, where audio from calls gradually pan around my headphones. It starts normally, but slowly goes towards the right ear, and eventually it starts moving back towards the center, but very muffled, as if something is simulating audio going behind my head, then left ear, then back center. This happens across different computers, OS's, audio interfaces, headphones, so the issue is highly likely to stem from within Firefox, although I'm not ruling anything out. I've had this issue for probably years at this point, but I very rarely take calls (ie. Teams, Messenger, Discord), so it's never been the biggest issue, but now I have to regular do calls on Teams, and it's driving me slightly nuts. This does not happen while running the respective apps, but frankly, I'd rather not have to do that. It seems to be related to WebRTC, but I can't find a specific setting that changes anything in that regard.
