Where do I find OP Out settings?

Yes, I meant the OPT Out setting. Evidently, there is a setting turned on to opt out of some web sites on the Mozilla browser. When I click on some websites video (nothing illegal or inappropriate) a pop up phrase something like "Opt Out is honored" comes up. I want to turn this off. Thanks for your help. r / fred
