Hello,

To reset all changes made in about:config without losing your bookmarks, passwords, or site settings, you can manually reset your preference file. Please follow these steps:

1. Type about:support into your address bar and press Enter. 2. Under the "Application Basics" section, find the "Profile Folder" entry and click the Open Folder button. This will open your Firefox profile directory. 3. Important: Close Firefox completely now. 4. In the folder that opened, locate the file named prefs.js. Delete this file (or rename it to prefs.js.old if you want to keep a backup). 5. If you see a file named user.js in the same folder, please delete that as well, as it can override your settings on every startup. 6. Restart Firefox.

Firefox will automatically generate a new prefs.js file with default factory settings. Your bookmarks, saved passwords, and history are stored in different files (like places.sqlite and logins.json) and will remain completely unaffected.

Now that I have done that, I can't connect to any URL I type in or access by bookmark.

A page of suggested links w/ thumbnails appear, but I can't access the content by clicking on the links.

I can access websites in another browser.

Performing the steps in your second reply of 12:56 AM (UTC-7, Pacific Daylight Time) also did not work.
