Where is the VPN icon?

The Firefox built-in VPN is offered in stages to users in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Canada, and France, so it may be not available for you yet.

If the built-in VPN is available, you would see a VPN icon in the top-right corner of the toolbar, that opens a prompt to turn on the VPN. For more information, see the Use built-in VPN in Firefox article.

I am running 151.0 (64-bit). At one point the [VPN] icon was present. In haste, I removed it. Now I cannot find a way to restore it. As stated in the original post, the Customize Toolbar dialog does not show the [VPN] icon. How can I get it back?
