When can I expect to use Firefox (free) VPN in my region?
Hello there, I just wanted to ask for any details regarding the new VPN feature. I seem to not have it (probably due to my region not being the US or the UK) and I was wondering, when can we expect it to be available to the rest of the world? How is it even free with this high limit? I know the feature is new and is probably still getting tested. But I would appreciate any and all info possible. Thank you!

Hi,
The VPN feature is being rolled out gradually. While we don't have exact timelines to share, new countries are typically added with new Firefox releases. Check out the release notes to stay updated! You can also find the list of the countries participating in the rollout (as well as other details) in our VPN support article. However, please note that even in those countries there are user groups who don't have the VPN available yet.
The limit was balanced to keep the feature useful and free at the same time :D
