Trying to change my support profile

When trying to change my Mozilla Support profile, it doesn't take effect, even after restarting Firefox.

If you are referring to your Profile on support.mozilla.org then you change it at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/edit and other settings on the right of that page.
