When using vertical tabs layout with "expand sidebar on hover" setting enabled, sidebar scrolls up with each expansion, so that when hovering over a certain tab of collapsed sidebar, another open tab is under the mouse pointer when expanded. For additional details please refer to the attached video. Steps to reproduce: 1. Enable vertical tabs layout with "expand sidebar on hover" setting 2. Open a lot of tabs 3. Hover over a certain tab Observed result: The sidebar expands with mouse over another tab and the list of tabs scrolled up. Expected result: The sidebar expands and mouse pointer is hovering over the same tab after expansion from collapsed state.
