AT&T/Direct TV Tech Wizards tell Me that your Web Browser is too SECURE... I pay all my Bills using MOZILLA Web, never have a problem. 2 Months ago I have had problems logging on to Direct TV web site to pay my bill. They tell me its your web site... I even told them that I have no problem logging on to Government Web Sites. Can you help me?

Hi,

When you face such issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon at the left of the address bar.
    • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache.
  3. If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
  4. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
  5. As a last effort, try creating a new Firefox profile and see if the issue reproduces there. (If you use the legacy Profile Manager, about:profiles, remember to set your current profile as default again after creating a new one.)

If nothing from the above helps, report the issue on WebCompat, so that our team there can look into it.
