I lost all my data because the synchronization failed

I uninstalled Firefox on my computer and reinstalled it, but when I logged in, the account couldn’t sync, it was as if the sync couldn’t retrieve any data from the server. Nothing happened at all. On my Android phone, the data is still there, but when I tap “Synchronize now,” nothing happens either. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in multiple times, but still nothing works. I also tried switching to a different computer and a different internet connection, but it still didn’t work. What should I do now?
