How do I reopen saved groups?

Every time I accidentally close Firefox I lose all my saved groups on reopening. I can see they are still there but cannot see how to open them. They are such a great innovation. Please make it easier to restore them from previous sessions. Going through a search history and restoring them one by one is hugely time consuming when they are already there and just inaccessible. btw, I tried using scrounger (via troubleshooting) but the "Save List" is greyed out.

Running on Mac OS 15.6.1

When you say you can see they are still there, where do you see them? On the List All Tabs drop-down? But when you click the closed group Firefox doesn't open those tabs on the current window tab bar? I'm attaching a screenshot sequence of the expected result.
