Firefox 115 ESR is the final version for Windows 7/8.1. You have to upgrade your operating system to Win 10 or install Linux.

Otherwise the other option is to say dual boot with a Linux distro and if you install the tarball version from Mozilla then you will continue to get Firefox updates from Mozilla even after the Linux distro is made EOL in package updates..
