My internet (Firefox) and email (Thunderbird) have both stopped working on my computer. Not on my mobile though.ve both
Any idea what might be happening?

Thanks Denys. I have no idea about most of those details! Or where to find them. However, my wonderful nephew worked on it with me (via Messenger!) and eventually he suspected it was an NBN/optus issue and so turning off and on again the modem and another link device worked! So it wasn't a Mozilla issue.
