I am having trouble signing into my account ******@gmail.com. I no longer have an authenticator app account and I used all of my backup codes. I do have a recovery key though. I hope this helps in recovering access to my account.

Hi Kenneth,

We have a direct one-to-one support for Mozilla account (which is a different thing from peer to peer support forum like this one). Please submit a new ticket from this page so our support agent can assist you further.

Also, just a friendly reminder that this is a public forum, so we recommend not sharing any personally identifiable information (PII) — such as your full name, email address, phone number, or account credentials — in your posts or replies.

Sharing this kind of information publicly can put your privacy and security at risk. That said, I've asked a moderator to obfuscate your PII data in this thread.

If you want to learn more on how to protect your privacy online, feel free to check out the following article from the Mozilla Developer Network platform: MDN Web Docs – Privacy on the Web.

Thanks for helping us keep the community safe and respectful for everyone!

Yes, I already know about not sharing personally identifiable information (PII) — such as your full name, email address, phone number, or account credentials — in your posts or replies. I do not need to read any information about that. Thank you though.

I only needed to read this portion of your reply: We have a direct one-to-one support for Mozilla account (which is a different thing from peer to peer support forum like this one). This I already understand: Also, just a friendly reminder that this is a public forum, so we recommend not sharing any personally identifiable information (PII) — such as your full name, email address, phone number, or account credentials — in your posts or replies.
