Lost bookmarks
All my bookmarks are dissappear. I tried follow the instructions how to restore, but it's still didn't work. when I select Manage bookmark, Import/back up, select files. It pops up an error. Is there any other solutions that you can help me with. thank you very much for your concern and support.

Could you please tell, what kind of error do you get? A quote or a screenshot would be appreciated.
