Sorry to hear about this problem. Is Firefox like a blank slate, or does it seem to still have your other customizations? One possible reason for Firefox to start up without some of all of your data is that a file was locked/inaccessible. Therefore, I always suggest starting with exiting Firefox and doing a normal Windows shutdown and restart to complete any pending updates and release any file locks. Click the button labeled '''Verify Integrity'''. There may be a 10-15 second delay before results appear.
