Sorry to hear about this problem. Did Firefox mention either of the following:

(A) Performing a Refresh/Reset/Tuneup - this creates a new folder on your system desktop named "Old Firefox Data"

(B) Having to create a new profile because you launched an older version of Firefox? If so, what kind of system are you running on?

(C) Any other message or error?
