bookmarks are not available on my desktop
Dear sir or madam,
unfortunatly I have a problem with firefox, again. my bookmarks which are normaly syncronizes with my account are no longer available. How can I get back my bookmarks in Firefox? I dont mean the function. The function is available but there are no bookmarks in it.

Do you recall Firefox saying recently that it wanted to do a Refresh or a Tune-up? Those features create a new folder on your Windows desktop named "Old Firefox Data." Do you see a folder like that?
Do you recall Firefox saying recently that it needed to create a new profile? You can try switching to an older profile using the steps in the first section of the following article: Recover lost or missing Bookmarks.
Has anything else unusual happened to your Firefox recently?
