Hello! I haven't use my Qardio arm blood pressure monitor for long time. And now I have a problem, I can't sign in my Qardio App. There is a text " we can't connect to Qardio service, check your internet connection". I have internet-connection. I remember that i had similar problem earlier, when I haven't use the device for a while. And you solved the problem after many messages. I hope you can do that now again.
