Could you check that you have the latest version of the Extended Support Release of Firefox 115? That would be 115.23.0esr. The precise version is listed in the top section of the Troubleshooting Information page. See:
- Use the Troubleshooting Information page to help fix Firefox issues
- Update Firefox to the latest release
- Update Firefox to prevent add-ons issues from root certificate expiration
If you do have the latest release, hmm, what reason does Firefox give for not running/installing Grammarly?
