I have used Firefox for many years and been most satisfied. However, for the last several days when I click to load one of my bookmarked You Tube pages, I get a blank screen except for a shaded 3-line menu and three circles, none of which are responsive. If I click to the home You Tube page I get a shaded outline of the videos but no images and the shaded spots do not respond. I have cleared cookies and site data and temporary files several times, which will allow me access to ONE You Tube channel, but if I click to another, the same blank screen appears and I cannot return to my accessed channel, it also has blanked out. Quite puzzled about this, every other site I frequent works perfectly well on Firefox, but You Tube does not. However, You Tube works PERFECTLY WELL on Microsoft Edge and, I suspect, other browsers, so I do not think it is a problem on their end. Please advise what the next step(s) should be.
