Cannot Open You Tube site--Rest of Internet works fine on Firefox
I have used Firefox for many years and been most satisfied. However, for the last several days when I click to load one of my bookmarked You Tube pages, I get a blank screen except for a shaded 3-line menu and three circles, none of which are responsive. If I click to the home You Tube page I get a shaded outline of the videos but no images and the shaded spots do not respond.
I have cleared cookies and site data and temporary files several times, which will allow me access to ONE You Tube channel, but if I click to another, the same blank screen appears and I cannot return to my accessed channel, it also has blanked out.
Quite puzzled about this, every other site I frequent works perfectly well on Firefox, but You Tube does not. However, You Tube works PERFECTLY WELL on Microsoft Edge and, I suspect, other browsers, so I do not think it is a problem on their end.
Please advise what the next step(s) should be.

Hi there! Mozilla is actively investigating here if you want to follow along or add a comment: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1963511#c20
In the meantime, do you have Ublock Origin or any extensions installed that you can try turning off? If you try viewing in Private Browsing Mode, are you still running into the issue?
If anyone is still experiencing this issue, we believe the fastest way to get things working again is:
- Ensure your uBlock Origin filters are up to date (see the uBlock Origin Documentation for how to do this.
- Close all YouTube tabs
- In the Firefox hamburger menu go to Settings, then Privacy and Security and click on the Manage Data button. In the resulting dialog, search for youtube.com, select the row for site youtube.com and click "Remove Selected"
- Opening a new tab with youtube.com should now work.
If anyone follows these steps and still experiences the same symptoms, please let us know here.
