The iDrive backup app on my synology nas is accessed via a web browser over my local network using an ip address. It has a two step security setup. First to enter Synology credentials and then iDrive's. After entering the iDrive credentials, all I get is a spinning wheel. It is supposed to present a box to enter a validation code, sent to me by email (which I get). The box is never shown. The process works in Chrome and Edge successfully. I contacted iDrive support and they told me that since it fails only in Firefox, that I should contact the browser vendor. There is no error message. I tried clearing my browser cache, restarting Firefox and my computer, none of which helped. Please can you advise me? Firefox 137.0.2 (64 bit). Windows 10 Home 22H2 Os Build 19045.5737.
