First you need to update your OS to Win 10 or 11, or install any recent Linux, to be able to use Firefox 137.

The last version for Win 8 is Firefox 115 ESR.

The Firefox UserAgent or UA you used to post with shows you have Windows 8 ? Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0

Firefox 116.0 and later including the Firefox 137.0.2 and 128.8.0esr requires Windows 10, 11 to run.

The most current Firefox you can run on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 is Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.22.0esr and will be updated til 115.27.0esr in August unless Mozilla extends updates again.

If you do indeed have Windows 10 or 11 then you may be running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode for some reason. https://www.minitool.com/news/how-to-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode.html

After you fix that then you should be able to download current Firefox from mozilla.org including https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

If you run Windows 7 and cannot update past Firefox 115, you might be able to fool sites using the "forceVersion" setting described in the following post:
