Firefox keeps everything signed in, except for Google services

On a previous install, this was a non issue. I recently had to reinstall windows entirely, and went to download Firefox first thing, but have been having an issue where even though every setting to delete cookies is off, I have the "enhanced tracking protection" set to custom, with everything ticked off, there are no extensions, no anything to seemingly cause the issue. I even signed out of my Mozilla account just to see if it was a sync issue. It still occurs. Firefox has been keeping me signed into literally everything, except specifically Google services. YouTube, Gmail, photos, everything. Any fix?

Without anyone seeing this it's hard to know what is going on exactly since there no setup install for anyone to follow to narrow done why this is happening.
