The button to restore closed tabs has disappeared.

There was a thread about this where I thought it was an add-on but the original poster doesn't think so. Does this seem like the same issue:

Are you possibly using "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the browsing history as this does disable session restore?

Oh, that seems like working when I tried the same way with it.
