Passwords are no longer syncing between devices in Mozilla sync account.

None of my saved passwords in my Mozilla account are showing up when I switch laptops and try to logon to various sites. Instead I have to manually enter the passwords for the sites every time even though the sites show that I have saved passwords for that site in my Mozilla account. When I type the password in a old or new site, Mozilla doesn't even ask if I want to save the password anymore.

So how long did you wait to verify the sync was working or not? Sync isn't instantaneous and takes time to sync from sync server between devices. And both must be logged in and on for the sync to work correctly.

Could you make sure the password manager is enabled on the Settings page:

Password Manager - Remember, delete and edit logins and passwords in Firefox

Some security software turns off that feature in favor of its own add-on, so if you have a password management add-on you don't use, you may want to disable or remove it.
