Saved addresses checkbox not showing in Autofill settings
There is no option to save addresses in my Autofill settings as the help article says there should be. I have signed into my Mozilla account and no difference. Credit cards working fine. What's going on?

Your showing payment saves that's not address save option. Address saves doesn't require account login that is saved on the browser itself.

Precisely: the relevant help article says there should be a option to turn on save addresses in this Autofill section, but it's nowhere to be seen. That's my entire Autofill section.
I mentioned logging in to Firefox as another troubleshooting article suggested that.
You can enable the form autofill and credit card autofill feature by modifying some extensions.formautofill.*(supported|available) prefs in about:config, but no guarantee that this works properly. You can set extensions.formautofill prefs that have a value of "detect" to "on" in about:config. Close and restart Firefox after modifying these prefs, you now should find "Autofill" in "Settings -> Privacy & Security".

- extensions.formautofill.addresses.supported => "on"
- extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supported => "on"
Had the same issue here. I went into "about:config" in URL Bar and searched 'autofill'. From that list i changed 2 things 1.# Find extensions.formautofill.addresses.supportedCountries and add your country code. Add a comma after the current string of countries with no spaces 2# I set dom.forms.autocomplete.formautofill from false to true
The checkbox for save and fill addresses then appeared
