Hi, if Firefox slows down for all sites, switching tabs, etc., it can be time to exit Firefox and start it back up again. You can Exit using the menu:
main "3-bar" menu button > Exit
Or you can use the Restart button (not Refresh!!) on the Troubleshooting Information page:
