LOST FOLDERS
I did your update today - and LOST ALL MY SAVED FOLDERS!! HELP! I have used Firefox for years - and now lost alot of important information.
Need help ASAP to retrieve

How is saved folders a Firefox browser problem? What do you mean saved folder exactly?
Hi Ed, were they folders in your Firefox bookmarks? If you open the Bookmarks Sidebar (Ctrl+B) and expand the Bookmarks Menu, Bookmarks Toolbar, and Other Bookmarks, can you find them somewhere in the wrong place?
If you meant email folders, is the problem in the Thunderbird email program? There is a separate forum for Thunderbird: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/new/thunderbird/form
