I mornally us google & Firefox. Do I currently have a firefox account that I need to open back up and start using? If so will you walk me thru the process to get it functioning properly?

There is no walkthrough this is just a help forum. If you need installation instructions if you search how to install Firefox it will give you Mozilla links on how to do that. And to use Chrome or Firefox Browser doesn't require a account or login - what you need to do is set a homepage.

This support.mozilla.org site uses Mozilla Accounts to login and do stuff on this site like posting this thread so this means you have a Mozilla Account.
