I will try to set up a screen shot to send. As I explained before the problem is that when i go out to the web page and try to insert a document i just created for a doctor the file explorer data is incorrect. Then i click on button to get file explorer with current data that would show my new document, it displays "filefox symbol with note 'file upload' " . At the time I'm using doctors web site 'Epic MyChart' and file explorer displays some old data. Is there a way to send you the screen shot without filling this form out each time? Thanks Perry
