What does the screenshot error say?
On rentre l'identifiant et le mot de passe, on valide et les cases se vident, parfois ça marque erreur 406, en faisant des recherches on dirait que c'est le firewall web (WAF) a détecté votre requête comme potentiellement malveillante et l'a bloquée pour protéger le site, mais je ne suis sûr de rien. De plus de je sais pas comment contacter le support Mozilla. Merci pour votre futur aide. Cordialement.
Sounds like the mail server doesn't like connections from Firefox as you stated it works fine with Chrome and it could be site incompatibility with Firefox itself. Multiple factors could be the cause of this but the most likely reason would be the security check by the mail server doesn't recognize the Firefox connection if it fails the security checks it does to insure the browser is secure for it's connection.
