Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

I've been a Firefox user for over 20 years. But for the love of god, how is it that Firefox can't get the latest version of their browser to load videos on YouTube? The loading circle just spins, and spins, and spins, and spins ... YouTube is almost unusable on Firefox now. Does the Firefox team realize that most people need/want to watch YouTube? I'm a teacher, I need it for work. Does the Firefox team realize how many loyal users have been forced to other browsers in the last few months because Firefox doesn't seem to be able to solve their issues with YouTube? Does the Firefox team understand that most users don't have the savvy to look up and follow instructions to remove extensions that may (or may not!) be causing the issues? Even if they do have the savvy, why should they spend their time doing YOUR job? YouTube is too major for your team not to be able to make this browser work properly with it. Chrome is working just fine for me. Edge is working just fine for me. I don't like them. I don't really want to use them. But I need YouTube, and y'all acting like there's no problem at all over there at Firefox dev. What do I want to see when I Google "firefox YouTube lagging loading very slowly"? Not instructions for removing extensions and/or clearing my entire cookies, cache, and browsing history. I want to click on "Update Firefox" and have it fixed! C'mon Firefox, get your sh!t together!
